Today, the whore part of IT-Hora was really tested. On the way to my mother-in-law, a customer called me. It was a printer company and their RAID system had crashed. I was close, and I got there in a few minutes. Apparently the RAID system had crashed just about when they were going to start printing leaflets for the next Djurgårdens IF game.

I’ve never been so close to turning a customer down in my entire life, but eventually I swallowed the dirt and fixed their RAID.
